★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當天臨櫃辦事就是因為貴司無法線上處理，但是卻要聽職員抱怨：你這樣要花我很多時間我早上都不用做事了。 所以幫客人處理銀行業務不算是工作範圍嗎？簡化流程不是你們該去做的嗎？我的時間就不是時間嗎？貴司真的很厲害，評價普都低但是卻也不見改善，從頭到尾我都客客氣氣的應對，但是這樣的服務態度真的讓人不敢恭維！
後續： 投訴完後，行員已於隔日致電道歉，大家互相，已接受道歉。
The reason for doing work at the counter that day is because your company cannot handle it online, but you have to listen to the staff complaining: It will take me a lot of time for you to do it and I don’t have to do anything in the morning. So is it not part of the scope of work to help customers deal with banking business? Isn't it what you should do to simplify the process? Isn't my time time? Your company is really good, the evaluation is generally low, but there is no improvement. I have dealt with it politely from beginning to end, but such a service attitude is really unsatisfactory!
Follow-up: After the complaint was over, the clerk called to apologize the next day, and everyone has accepted the apology.
