They didn’t clearly ask how to help me and then after I sat down they said they couldn’t help me remove my nexplanon. This could’ve been avoided if they had asked in the beginning. Then they gave me a lot of unsolicited and pretty rude advice and didn’t refund me after not helping me. Would never return.
