我們另外加點了三層肉，皮Q膠質多到彈，有我阿嬤的功力，我是個很怕肉騷味的人，除了食材新鮮外相信老闆處理肉的時候也沒有馬虎，所以才可以這麼好吃，飯友很愛鯊魚煙，我平時很少吃不知道好壞真假怎麼分，滷肉飯大碗很大碗，金針排骨湯，排骨燉得很爛，但湯頭尚可，金針有點煮太久不大喜歡
豆雞和海帶就一般水準
我個人吃的比較清淡，下次會請老闆醬油另外倒好了?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 消費環境 就跟一般的傳統麵店一樣 有幾張桌子前面是煮麵區 已經過了用餐的時間! 去的時候人已經很少了 擺設雖然沒有美感 但是桌子擦得蠻乾淨的
餐點口味 今天點了一小盤豆乾，乾意麵 還有金針排骨湯! 豆干的口感還蠻軟嫩的 淋上去的醬油也不會太鹹! 金針排骨湯是 是用蒸的! 反正用蒸的這種湯都蠻好喝的! 排骨是有炸過再下去蒸!乾意麵，簡單而 純粹，鹹淡適中口感也不錯!吃完了有一種淡淡的幸福感! 可能是我運動完太餓了哈哈

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很棒的小吃店，滷肉飯不會很死鹹，非常平價的美食，豬頭皮及各式小菜都非常好吃，特制的五味醬也很美味，對辣度有挑戰性的人可以試試，店內辣椒很有挑戰性。
