大家千萬不要在疫情期間再下訂了，一旦匯過去錢就拿不回來囉

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個平台真的很爛！問題很慢回覆，而且根本都文不對題，一點也不積極幫忙解決問題，處理速度及能力非常差，反而覺得直接跟營主預訂才是最快而且最容易得到問題解決，這平台很廢。
This platform really sucks! The question is very slow to reply, and the text is not correct at all. It does not actively help to solve the problem at all. The processing speed and ability are very poor. Instead, I feel that booking directly with the owner is the fastest and easiest to solve the problem. This platform is very useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常常使用露營樂訂位，網站尚有進步的空間，個人因故有兩次的退訂流程都很順利，客服隔天就會主動電話詢問，近日露營非常火熱，也辛苦工作人員了！

The customer service will take the initiative to call the next day to inquire. Recently, camping is very hot and the staff is working hard!

2011／12／31～2022／01／02由本系統找到復興鄉融奎霖營地，營主跟營主太太不但態度極差反應營地馬桶不通一直狂跳電缺招營主說我們態度很差，營主兒子甚至拿刀出來恐嚇我們，愛子的營主竟然還說他兒子是未成年只有拿刀並沒有揮舞不算恐嚇，嚇死人了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因被臨時通知需自主管理所以無法露營出遊，打電話給客服取消，告知我們需出示證明並告知我們要收部分違約金，重點是自主管理是無法出示證明的，這樣讓我們感受很差，好像我們是故意不去，再也不會在這網站訂營地！服務很差

竟然到出發前不到一個禮拜才跟我們說物流出了問題無法送達 這不是應該可以找的藉口吧！
出來做生意就應該要把所有突發狀況設想一遍 尤其是鄰近過年時期！ 應該也不是第一次過年吧？ 應該知道每到過年時期貨運量都會突然的暴增吧？ 如果知道你們本身無法處理任何突發狀況 何必出來做生意？
總而言之 處理事情的態度和應變能力有待加強 好好的一次快樂出遊心情就被打亂了
如果要選擇這間店家的人 請三思

It was less than a week before departure that they told us that there was a problem with the logistics and could not be delivered. This is not an excuse that should be made!
When you go out to do business, you should imagine all emergencies, especially when the Chinese New Year is approaching! Shouldn't it be the first New Year's Eve? You should know that there will be a sudden surge in freight volume every Chinese New Year, right? Why go out into business if you know you can't handle any emergencies yourself?
All in all, the attitude and resilience to deal with things need to be strengthened, and a good happy trip will be disrupted.

我真的是想給負五顆星，可惜沒辦法。
超級爛的退款流程，原本訂了新竹的露營區後來改成嘉義，新竹的就取消了訂單也申請了退款，結果兩個月後都還沒收到退款。甚至還要我打去詢問，他們才告知有漏單，超級扯，我真的沒看過這麼扯的行政單位，如果沒自己追蹤有沒有成功退款，消費者就被坑了好幾千塊。
在他們說要重新幫我處理退款流程後，我又等了兩個星期才真正拿到退款，所以總共經歷了三個月才拿到錢^^
我真是不知道到底為什麼這麼能拖，明明補件後能馬上處理的東西。
就這種服務態度我真的不相信露營區能好到哪裡去。

I really want to give negative five stars, but unfortunately I can't.
Super bad refund process, originally booked the camping area in Hsinchu and later changed to Chiayi, Hsinchu canceled the order and applied for a refund, but after two months, no refund was received. They even asked me to call to inquire, and they told me that there was a missing order, which is super ridiculous. I have never seen such a ridiculous administrative unit. If I didn't track whether the refund was successful, consumers would be cheated for thousands of dollars.
After they said they were going to redo the refund process for me, I waited another 2 weeks to actually get my refund, so it took me a total of 3 months to get my money ^^
I really don't know why it can be delayed so much. It is obviously something that can be processed immediately after the repair.
With this kind of service attitude I really don't believe the camping area can be any better.
