★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened a bank account there, have some issues first few minutes, as staff doesn't speak English (still very helpful and friendly though) but pretty soon I was provided with English speaking officer, all the process took a short time and all bsnk team left a good impression.
The only disappointing thing: there was a big adboard with Bank cards with black Taiwanese bears. When I asked if I can have the same one, they said card with bears is the credit card for Taiwanese citizens, and I will have one with the mountain landscape. (
