護工分配不均導致無法好好看護到每一位老人!有時也很被動和粗心!
I'm not conscientious. I took care of my grandfather until he was in the condition of his whole body. Shouldn't he notify his family members for medical treatment as soon as he finds sores? In the end, we still asked the doctors and nurses ourselves and found out that Grandpa’s body had problems everywhere! It’s really exaggerated.
The uneven distribution of caregivers makes it impossible to take good care of every elderly person! Sometimes they are passive and careless!
