I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and saw Ratatouille in close contact with me, which is really impressive~ Photos for your reference~
S	Sabina Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然這裡確實設備與各方面較老舊，畢竟真的是真的開了很久很久了，但也還行，還算整潔，我在這裡住了十天，專案與櫃檯人員都非常親切，能夠溝通並且盡可能的去達到你的需求，房間很大也很明亮，每天能夠看著窗外的風景，不至於太沉悶。我真的非常謝謝你們，這些天的服務與照顧唷！真的非常親切。但確實蠻可惜的地方就是，這麼好的人和地點，如果裝潢能夠稍微翻新，才真的配得上你們的服務啊☺️ Although it is true that the equipment and various aspects are old here, after all, it has really been open for a long time, but it is still ok, it is still clean and tidy. I lived here for ten days, the project and the counter staff are very kind and able to communicate And try to meet your needs as much as possible. The room is large and bright. You can look out the window every day without being too dull. I really thank you so much for your service and care these days! Really very kind. But it is really a pity that such a good person and place, if the decoration can be refurbished a little, it will really be worthy of your service☺️

L	Loren Couse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews but... This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed! Nothing like the photos. Dark, dirty, old. DO NOT STAY HERE!
T	Thomas M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was large but the staff communication was lacking despite speaking Mandarin. Our fridge wasn't working so our food and drinks weren't cold. Hot water didn't work one night and we waited an hour for it to come in (contacted staff after 15 minutes of trying, was told to wait 30 minutes at midnight and it still wasn't working after 45 from when we were told to wait) so we slept without showering. Then our room wasn't made the next day. We also bought an extra night (early check-in) but weren't given a receipt. We were charged a lot more for this night and I requested a partial refund due to services not working through Agoda by the hotel lacked communication again and never responded. Would never stay here again. (Oh there was also mould and old milk and food in our fridge when we arrived). I also had $500 AUD taken from my suitcase from this or another hotel and I highly suspect this hotel as it seemed like it was run very unprofessionaly.
A	Angela Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty, mouldy and super old. There was dust along the corners of the wall. Had a chat with the lady at the counter and she mentioned the building was at least 20++ years old. There was a fridge in the room, but it wasn't functioning. When we opened inside, there was still some food inside that God knows how long it was there. There was also a standing fan, which is super dusty. We stayed in level 8, and next to the elevator. The elevator can be accessed by anyone from the ground floor which was super scary because there was no security at all. The room door lock was also those common door knob, which felt super unsafe. Although Taiwan is generally safe, the fact that the elevator can be accessed by anyone felt super nerve-racking. The amenities in the room was also mediocre. Clothes hangers were old, twisted, and some even rusted. And lastly, when we first entered the room we got a sense of "uneasiness", perhaps there was some other "company" in the room.
