蚵仔很新鮮，肥美又大顆，完全沒腥味，我朋友常常吃鮮蚵仔都會拉肚子，這間吃了兩、三次都沒事，辣椒很厲害，香又辣，不管是加在蚵仔或是麵、冬粉上都很適合！叫一碗乾麵或乾冬粉，再把乾蚵仔整份倒上去，就是一份超豪華的蚵仔蓋冬粉或是蓋乾麵了，超豪邁吃法，大推！乾韭菜也很讚，新鮮韭菜很甘甜，當小菜配著吃很搭！最後喝一碗附的湯，結束這舒服的一回合！
 Banqiao people are so happy to have such an energetic breakfast! Arrived there at 5:00 in the morning, before dawn, the store was almost full, some came for supper and some for breakfast!
The oysters are very fresh, plump and big, and have no fishy smell at all. My friend often eats fresh oysters and has diarrhea. This one is fine after two or three times. Perfect for winter noodles! Order a bowl of dry noodles or dry winter noodles, and then pour the whole part of the dried oysters on top, it is a super luxurious oyster cover winter noodles or cover dry noodles, super heroic way to eat, big push! Dried leeks are also great, fresh leeks are very sweet, and they go well with side dishes! Finish off this comforting round with the included bowl of soup!
