雞腳建議放棄，排骨乾麵還行，湯頭沒試過

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 依然是最喜歡的排骨，應該是炸兩次吧我猜，外面薄薄一層很酥脆，又有肉汁，每間的水準總是跟鬍鬚張一樣是保持一模一樣的味道，酥脆的排骨搭配醃漬過後酸酸的小黃瓜解膩清爽，又很融合在一起。雖然今年才發現一定要現場吃才好吃。外帶過一次，朋友也是外帶過都覺得差很多。都是會附湯。附的湯也很好喝，竹筍切成細長條的片狀，好喝。不知道為什麼以前的印象配菜分量不多，但後來吃都覺得配菜其實份量很夠，而且配菜也都好吃。這張照片少數拍得不太好因為太急著吃了，當然價格依然貴現在需要台幣170元，可是真的好好吃。真心推薦。
