2020.11.05 = ★★★★☆ ◉推薦:冷凍豆花。 ◉提醒:豆花軟綿,黃豆味濃,有焦香。 ◉花生粉圓等配料都不優;糖水很甜沒層次;但組合起來,卻意外還不差。? ===================== 豆花第260碗,來到【大勇街傳統豆花】。這是一條很小的住宅巷弄,所謂的店面,就是民宅門口放個豆花車,店家都在房子裡看電視。只有一張桌子,沒有燈光。大白天的,環境還是很幽暗。 ☑冷凍豆花(35元) = 35元加兩種料,很佛心的價格,雖然一開始對品質不太期待。豆花上鋪著一層厚厚的蔗糖冰,難怪叫做冷凍豆花。先吃豆花,嗯...豆花味道不錯,微帶一點焦香,黃豆香氣明顯,口感是綿綿扎實,還不差。花生賣相不佳,但咬起來雖沒有軟綿,但沒有沙沙的口感,土豆味明顯。粉圓,沒煮入味。糖水,很甜,層次感跟香氣都不足,有薑汁味道。配料間的細緻度都不高,但配在一起意外的合適。糖水彌補粉圓的無味,粉圓因溫度變QQ,吃起來挺享受的。就如同對面的客人一樣,吃完會有想再點一碗的衝動,4.5分。

從我小時候,豆花阿嬤在這邊賣了,豆花古早味好吃又懷舊,讚啦!

雖然是巷子內不起眼的店家(甚至會有點懷疑有在營業嗎), 但綠豆湯跟豆花都很好吃, 小碎冰糖水有懷舊感又不死甜。

豆花的好朋友一定是綠豆&花生! 綠豆是綠豆湯加碎冰沙的哦!(有顆粒非冰沙) 真的非常推薦!古早味,便宜又美味!
