★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土城明德社宅承辦人員，只顧自己便宜行事，明明只有一間空房釋出，卻找了5個人，並且所有人一起看屋，對優先者與候補者都是非常不好的感受，為何不讓申請者，確定「至少有1間空房」能選，再通知其過來現場。今天會申請的，都是真正有需要的人，把人叫來，卻又告知說要前面放棄才有選擇權
，不然就只能候補，只能看，不能選，那到底叫後面的申請者來幹嘛，這難道對其不是二次傷害嗎?
