It is convenient to call Panda delivery. There is a planned delivery area in the lobby. There are roadside parking spaces around the area. Visitors can also park. There are 7-11 downstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的物業公司真的很差勁，穿著便服站在櫃檯旁的一位胖胖的男生好像是理級主管態度囂張，給人一種不屑的態度，只有櫃檯小姐態度很好看到住客都會問好，身為理級主管上班也不穿著正裝然後是這種態度第一次遇見，真是壞了社區的觀感
The property company here is really bad. A chubby boy in casual clothes standing by the counter seems to be a manager with an arrogant attitude, giving people a disdainful attitude. Only the lady at the counter has a good attitude and will greet the guests when she sees them. I don't wear formal clothes to work for a management-level supervisor. This is the first time I met this attitude. It really ruined the perception of the community.
