交車時必定帶著消費者將車況交代清楚仔細，絕不會讓消費者在還車時因不明傷痕當上冤大頭。
常客租久了也會像朋友一樣看待，偶爾逾時歸還，也會替消費者減免部份的費用。
店裡還有一隻可愛的白柴芋圓。
