Their “招牌” that we ended up inadvertently buying is a bit of a ripoff - 190 for 4 poorly cut pieces of a roll with a little bit of shrimp and eel as the main ingredients. For comparison, you can get a proper rice and eel full biandang for that price around Zhongshan. If it were the whole roll here it’d be ok, but at half I do not recommend.
