到了門市現場 只有一位員工 前面也有客人
店員要求我們掃實名制
並且詢問是要辦理什麼事項的
根本不知道要抽號碼牌啊
抽卡機那邊放牌子 然後進門又問要辦什麼
到底幹嘛抽號碼牌？
就算要抽號碼牌好了
憑什麼繳費的就不用抽 還可以馬上辦理
真的不要覺得只是一下下就可以通融
而且前面顧客的事項都還沒處理完
一直跟進門的客人寒暄
真的是把我們前面的客人當白癡一直等欸

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦合約時店員沒有說明網路是HAMI VIDEO 送的(不是原本月租合約的)，過了一個月仔細看合約才發現，感覺當了冤大頭，本身只需要網路又不看VIDEO，感覺上當觀感非常不好。
