愛快台北一期，位於新北市汐止區，工建路上，這裏是聯邦建設的8樓電梯大樓！正門前就是聯合報的後門停車場，在前面就是聯合報正門，這裏的生活機能步調與一般的大樓同步！交通還算方便，左邊走出去就是樟樹一路就是大同路口有公車，汐科火車站要到台北都很方便，早期這裏因為會淹水！房價很低，但20幾年前基隆河拓寬,這裏不在因雨成災！現在房價都回升持續上漲,有想要住新北市，汐止區的朋友可以考慮這裏，因為離台北市只要十幾分鐘車程，還算蠻方便的！我目前就住在這！
