明明房價不高住戶卻有點自傲，我遛狗有牽繩居然還叫管委會叫我繩子牽短點說會嚇到小孩，我也是有繳管理費的好嗎⋯⋯怎麼不叫你小孩不要一直尖叫，住汐止還當公主王子在養喔，還是以為自己買了全部的地嗎
附註：我本身就是這裡住戶。
The cleaning is very clean, and the garbage collection is also well sorted, but the management fee of $70/ping is a bit too high. The main point is that there is not much left in each period, which is very strange.
Although the house price is not high, the tenants are a bit arrogant. When I walk the dog and have a leash, I actually asked the management committee to ask me to take the leash and it would scare the child. I also pay the management fee, okay... why don’t you tell your child not to I keep screaming, I am still raising Xizhi as a princess and prince, do I still think I bought all the land?
