★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買熱水器找維修,2020年1月買的,客服說超過1年師父到府服務400元起,客服編號218張小姐說時間師傅定,全部以師傅為主。官網寫著「櫻花給你一輩子的承諾」,根據這次經驗就是表示買櫻花的產品售後服務師傅最偉大,全部依照依附師傅說的為中心思想,所以你有需要就是憋著,誰叫你要買櫻花;大冷天熱水器壞掉要維修就是看師傅,顧客的需求不重要,因為師傅最大。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恆溫熱水器買一年多,溫控壞掉水溫很燙,師傅很快地來處理,說是主機板壞了要更換,,剛好過保固一年,換主機板$1800,主機板居然只保固一年!!!再故障只能考慮換別牌不換主機板了...遇到的櫻花師傅服務都不錯,只是公司及商品品質無法使人信任,連最簡單的延長保固都做不到,免費安檢有什麼用??

沒接到技師電話20分鐘後回撥、竟然跟我說你自己沒接到電話所以下週再幫我服務?後來打給客服反應 你才回撥說下午4:30到府?特地推掉行程 提早回家、等到5:10打給技師才說他不能趕來、要拖到6:30-7:00?是不會提前說是不是?人家的時間都不是時間?
客服只會回說我跟公司反應 基本上也沒什麼用~一定要給星不然真的一顆都不想給^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本收費就要400太貴了,因為只是沒瓦斯以為壞了(換另一桶瓦斯就完成了),還有一次說換零件要1900直接叫我換新的,他可以馬上叫一台,我不喜歡他的服務態度付了400後就叫附近有現成熱水器的店家來換新的,這麼大的品牌同一個維修人員態度傲慢,時間還要配合他,真的太爛了!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱水器漏水打給客服想要請工程師來看,問了情況就說已經超過五年了直接要換新機了,就不想要請工程師先來看情況(一直在重覆同樣的話--換新機),客服完全就不想要協助解決問題,打客服就是要找答案不是又將問題推給消費者,看大家的留言才知道也有人遇到相同情況,他們也不會來看留言,也不知道客服有多爛了..
