❖ 鹹蛋中卷（$179）鹹蛋有些許腥味，中卷炸得蠻剛好的，但感覺跟鹹蛋沒有融合在一起。

❖ 辣炒雞丁（$159）雞肉片先裏粉酥炸再跟花生及蔥、蒜、辣椒…等辛香料一起拌炒，醬汁甜辣，但個人感覺較偏甜。雞肉片口感軟嫩，花生酥脆。今天的白飯又乾又硬，附湯裡的高麗菜有多片應該要去除的外葉，乾乾黑黑的，也丟下去煮，感覺比上次吃品質有下降，所以減一顆星。

❖ Salted Egg Medium Roll ($ 179) The salted egg is a bit fishy. The medium roll is fried just right, but it doesn't feel like it's fused with the salted egg.

❖ Spicy fried chicken ($ 159): Fried chicken pieces are fried first, then fried with spicy spices such as peanuts, onions, garlic, peppers, etc. The sauce is sweet and spicy, but personally feels more sweet. The chicken pieces are soft and tender, and the peanuts are crispy. Today's rice is dry and hard. The cabbage with the soup has a lot of outer leaves that should be removed. The dry and black ones are also thrown away and boiled. I feel that the quality is lower than last time, so I lose one star.

I asked if there was garlic in the meal because I didn't eat it, but I didn't say it in my mouth, but even the main meal was full of garlic, let alone the side dish. It’s a dishonest restaurant, remember not to patronize it.

I ordered the salted egg in the roll. The weight should be only half of the opening time. I also eat the eggshell. It used to be very delicious. Now I am only disappointed.
