台北縣雙溪鄉—一個群山環繞、雲天遼闊的地方;這裏雨水充沛,澗流潺潺,樹木蒼鬱,萬物展現生機。在這個彷如人間勝境的地方,有一座老實修行的道場,那就是—佛頂山大觀寺。位於雙溪鄉的大觀寺,距離雙溪火車站只有五分鐘車程,不論是清晨的雲霧缥渺,或者是黎明的日出美景,在在有著「叢林道場」的風範。置身其中,著實令人感到「溪聲盡是廣長舌,山色無非清淨身」、「鬱鬱黃花無非般若,青青翠竹總是法身」,就連陣陣飄拂的輕風,亦沁人心髓,時時激發著行者—提起正念。 佛頂山大觀寺開山住持—悟修法師,原為宜蘭人,生性平實。法師出家前,初隨上普下光老和尚學唱誦,並皈依老和尚。初識佛法之際,以為敲敲唱唱就是在學佛,後來於讀誦經典之中,漸入佛法滋味,方知佛法之浩瀚深廣,八萬四千法門豈只是敲打唱誦所能及之;在法味的洗滌薰修下,成就了師父出家的因緣,遂於日月禪寺禮上圓下宗長老座下披剃出家,法名悟修,字號印達。 師父原於基隆創立「慈生佛堂」,此即大觀寺的前身—為接引有心修學而完全不懂佛法的眾生之處。當時佛堂之信念與宗旨為:「學慈悲,行懺悔,慈悲無障礙,懺悔得安樂」;不宣傳,不廣告,落實佛法,老實修行。稟此理念弘化多年,後因緣成熟,遂於民國七十二年創建了大觀寺—一個學慈悲,行懺悔,老實修行的十方道場。師父常說「若不學慈悲行懺悔,如何消災除障,如何增福慧、得安樂?」應將修行融入於日常生活中,老老實實的去修去行。師父要求弟子們不趕經懺,不化緣,一切但求隨緣度眾,並鼓勵信眾有時間就回寺禮懺、做功課,因為修行是自己的,誰也替代不了。師父希望讓信眾們了解:學佛並不是花錢消災求平安,而是須要有一顆虔誠懺悔的心,來深入經懺,依文作觀,革故錯而不造新惡,以三寶為依歸、為準繩,繼而在人生、修行的旅程上,能夠時時安樂,步步自在。 建寺之初,有人曾有條件的願在經濟上作後盾,但遭師父婉拒。因為師父確信:「積沙成塔,眾志成城」。三寶福田應是屬於十方大眾的,而非少數人所專有,也不是有錢人的專利,學佛修行是不分貧富貴賤的。因此在大觀寺沒有所謂的大護法,每一個人都是大功德主,正所謂「發心功德平等無二」,因為每個發心的當下都是最珍貴的。 師父平日即倡導以「平常心,慈悲念,老實修,歡喜行」作為大觀寺四眾弟子的修行方針及準繩;大觀寺雖然以淨土法門為導,但心量開闊的師父相當尊重各人修行的因緣法門,隨順各人的根機,給予最大的空間與時間去學習,希望弟子們在佛法上能夠真正去體驗與成長。 寺內建築方面,大雄寶殿、念佛堂、地藏殿皆已完成,大殿內莊嚴的三寶佛像,令人景仰讚歎。而寺中其他建設雖未完成,但對於弘法利生得工作,二十幾年來從不間斷:例如每個月的禮懺共修、息災祈安、報恩法會、八關齋戒、佛七、禪修、結夏安居等等;此外,尚有不定期舉辦的醫事、義診、社會福利各級院校及兒童冬、夏令營…等等。透過各項活動的舉辦來幫助眾生淨化三業,使使家家和樂、社會安定、人人正信…。此一靈山聖境,實為修行寶地與心靈的依歸處。 祈願—大觀寺之晨鐘暮鼓幽遠無際,發人深醒,破昏憒,斷愚癡,開智慧,使眾生於世出世間隨處皆成善緣。 撰文主要依據 佛頂山大觀寺 自常法師 轉貼自 網站:古今寺廟巡禮

Motivates the walker from time to time-bring up righteous thoughts. The abbot of Fodingshan Daguan Temple, Master Wuxiu, was originally from Yilan and was plain by nature. Before the mage became a monk, he learned to chant with the old monk Puxiaguang and converted to the old monk. The belief and purpose of the Buddhist temple at that time were: "Learn compassion, practice repentance, be compassionate without barriers, repent and be happy"; no publicity, no advertising, implement the Dharma, and practice honestly. After many years of propagating this concept, the cause and fate were mature, so in 1972, he founded the Daguan Temple-a Shifang Taoist where you can learn compassion, practice repentance, and practice honestly. Master often said, "If you don't learn compassion and repentance, how can you eliminate disasters and obstacles, how can you increase your blessings and wisdom, and be happy?" You should integrate practice into your daily life and practice honestly. The master asked the disciples not to rush to confession, not to alms, but to save the people with fate, and encourage the believers to return to the temple to confess and do their homework when they have time, because the practice is their own and no one can replace it. Master hopes that the believers will understand that studying Buddhism is not about spending money to eliminate disasters and seeking peace, but a pious and repentant heart, to go deep into the sutras, to observe the text, to change mistakes without creating new evils, and to use the Three Jewels as Relying on and as the criterion, and then on the journey of life and practice, can be at ease and at ease at all times. At the beginning of the construction of the temple, some people were willing to provide financial backing conditionally, but the master declined. Because the master is convinced: "The accumulation of sand makes a tower, and all will make a city." The Three Treasures of Futian should belong to the people of the ten directions, not exclusive to a few people, and not exclusive to the rich. There is no distinction between rich and poor in studying Buddhism. Therefore, there is no such thing as a great protector in Daguan Temple. Everyone is a master of great merit. It is said that "the dedication and merit are equal", because the moment of each dedication is the most precious. On weekdays, Master advocates "normal heart, compassionate thoughts, honest practice, joyful practice" as the practice guidelines and guidelines for the four disciples of Daguan Temple. Although Daguan Temple is guided by the Pure Land Method, the open-minded Master respects everyone's practice.
