管理費很高也沒看到什麼管理
The management of the Benz community in Rose Chinatown is terrible
The basement parking lot is dark and messy
The management fee is high and I don’t see much management

周圍有醫院、花市、中華電信、郵局、菜市場、圖書館、屈程氏，覺得機能可以！
Bus frequently! And whether it’s to the blue line, green line, yellow line, brown line, or red line, you can get there. There is Family Mart, Carrefour, and a super delicious Oriental breakfast restaurant nearby. The park is large and you can walk your dog.
There are hospitals, flower markets, Chunghwa Telecom, post offices, vegetable markets, libraries, and Qu Cheng's surroundings. I think it works!
