麺は普通の平打ち麺でしたが、スープと牛肉はすごく美味しい。
スープはちょっと四川風でピリ辛、出汁はしっかり聞いてるけど、見た目ほど塩っぱくはなく飲みやすい。
牛肉は食べた感じ輸入肉っぽいけど、柔らかく、油っぽさもない。
地味に良いのが、薬味で入ってるニンニクの芽、大抵はネギだけなので新鮮でした。
看板メニューの油揚げは牛肉スープで煮てあって、スープをしっかり吸っていて、これもまた美味。
牛肉麺大125元、油揚げ20元、台北市内比べお財布にも優しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此次臨時路過用餐，個人覺得炸醬麵量、牛肉麵牛肉偏少，要吃飽請點大份，但cp就要打折扣了！小菜類部分，花干、嘴邊肉、紅燒肉好吃，但肉類小菜的價格偏高（$60起），蛋花牛肉湯也還不錯喝，總的來說，是間會在訪的店！
