所以覺得這本書還好，
整本看完覺得很無聊，
都在述說作者的體驗，
每一篇都有一個練習，
我試著做但沒啥感覺，
很像在看學校教科書，
看到一半一直想睡覺，
後面都是治療的案例，
覺得親身體驗較重要，
看完後還是沒啥感覺，
整本書只學到四個字，
活在當下，就是這樣，
一星兩分，貓給五分。

Maybe it’s not familiar with meditation,
So I think this book is good,
I felt very boring after reading the whole book,
Are all telling the author’s experience,
Each essay has an exercise,
I tried to do it but nothing felt,
It’s like reading a school textbook,
Seeing that half of the time has been wanting to sleep,
The following are all treatment cases,
I feel that personal experience is more important,
I still feel nothing after reading it,
Only four words are learned in the whole book,
Live in the present, that's it,
Two points for one star, five points for cats.
