房間常有菸味，灰塵量大。

因為原本是工業用地
房東將每個大空間再隔成小套房
隔壁抽菸廁所也聞得到
樓上在廁所洗衣服也都聽得到
熱水器容量很小
冬天洗澡很容易一下就把熱水用完
沒有暖氣的話房間會很冷
所以要自備電暖器
Soundproofing is poor
Because it was originally an industrial land
The landlord divides each large space into small suites
I can smell the smoking toilet next door
I can hear all the laundry upstairs in the toilet
The water heater has a small capacity
It’s easy to run out of hot water in a bath in winter
The room will be very cold without heating
So you have to bring your own electric heater

離學校不遠，馬路對面就是學校，吃飯購物也挺方便的地點。
房型的種類蠻多選擇。
Reading Fu Jen's rental residence.

跟房東反應較我們跟管理員說 管理員卻說史房東問題
隔音超差走廊都是鞋子也不管還一堆人在打麻將
It's rotten, the water heater has no hot water for less than 5 minutes

Poor soundproofing. The corridors are full of shoes, no matter how many people are playing mahjong.
