回去後連基本的禮貌性道歉也沒有
真的以為大家都很有空嗎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/22到兆豐新店分行開戶，等待的人數很多，警衛大哥熱心先提醒我今天要開戶的人比較多要等一下，因中午時分去，還會問我要不要先用餐。還有跟我說網站上可以先填寫資料，稍後可以減少等待辦理的時間。
開戶櫃檯的黃小姐十分親切，態度也非常客氣有禮貌，整體銀行服務的體驗感覺很良好。
I went to Zhaofeng Xindian branch to open an account on 10/22. There were a lot of people waiting. The guard enthusiastically reminded me that there are more people who open an account today and have to wait a while, because I go at noon and ask me if I want to eat first. I also told me that you can fill in the information on the website first, and you can reduce the waiting time later.
Ms. Huang at the account opening counter is very kind and polite. The overall banking service experience feels very good.

服務人員卓小姐親切接待且說話讓人感到很安心，
把想辦的事情都能慢慢說清楚，
很多銀行行員都給人感覺很不耐煩的感覺，
但是這位卓小姐能慢慢解釋清楚，
讓我很放心把自己的需求說清楚，
也把自己累積很久不敢問的都問清楚了，
所以真的打從心底要謝謝卓小姐！
