★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了一杯加珍珠的飲料，回到家準備喝的時候發現沒有加珍珠，只好又再回去找店員，店員聽了只回應「喔，那我幫你加」，沒有任何針對他們失誤的表示。難道讓客人再跑一趟他們覺得很ok嗎？感覺服務品質很糟。我們買飲料的當下只有我一組客人的一杯飲料，也可以做錯，覺得非常不用心在做事。
I ordered a drink with pearls, and when I got home to drink, I found that there were no pearls, so I had to go back to the clerk. The clerk only responded "Oh, then I will add it for you", without any indication of their mistakes. Would it be ok for the guests to make another trip? I feel the quality of service is bad. When we bought drinks, there was only one drink from my group of guests, and we could make mistakes and feel very careless about doing things.
