10/9前往表達我要配鏡,驗光人員直接問我幾度,我說上一次驗光很久了,要驗才知道,接著就調之前配的眼鏡度數(六七年前的資料),隨便拿三副價錢一樣的鏡框供我作選擇就直接報價,並且說可以接受再驗光。之後前後不到三分鐘的草率驗光,左眼近250度散光250度、右眼近視850度散光200度,這樣的視差,怎能容許你們草率驗光,更誇張的是也沒透過試鏡架來調整,就只靠一張電腦驗光後數據直接開單。10/15前往取件,果然一戴就不對,要10/19才能再次取件。10/19再度前往,一樣右眼模糊,看東西會呈現弧度。草率驗光一再調整,就算調10次結果也是不如預期。本想算了就當3500買一次經驗,至少新鏡框可以拿去別的驗光所重配,但卻發現鏡框螺絲居然鏽蝕,10/20再次前往,遇到10/9幫我驗光的人員問配戴有什麼問題,我告知螺絲鏽蝕,驗光人員推說送回原廠要一個禮拜。我同意,並且告知右眼往前看往下看有很大的落差。他說可以改眼鏡鼻墊。隔天10/21就接到簡訊告知前往調整眼鏡,。果然還是一樣,而且戴上去就暈。一副草率驗光的眼鏡,再慢慢調整。我真的沒有那麼多時問一來一往的調整。直接跟店長說,我不要了。本想,我是眼鏡不要再調整了,花錢買經驗,但店長二話不說直接全額退款。這一顆是給店長的。否則如此草率的驗光過程,我連一顆星都不想給! 2021/12/1回覆業主回應。沒有什麼誤會,就是草率驗光!!!如果那樣的驗光是你們的一貫作法,那真的是很不專業的驗光程序。
