★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了一個音樂調音器，用了兩個月，接頭的線頭脫落。老闆說這是使用不當，所以不能修、也不能換。還說賣了100多個都沒有這種狀況。
個人認為：老闆應當站在顧客的立場，協助向原廠詢問是否有修理或更換的方式，而非一昧的拒絕。而且任何東西都不可能百分之百的沒有瑕疵品！

Personally think: the boss should stand in the customer's position and assist the original factory to ask if there is a way to repair or replace, rather than a refusal. And nothing can be 100% without fakes!

1. 拿電吉他去貴店保養，結果拿回來外觀看起來只是擦乾淨換弦而已，說生鏽螺絲不能換，為什麼網路上別人都能換
2. 推薦的吉他袋及音箱，報價竟比自己網路商店價還貴不少
