以下為觀光局回覆信件:
經當地坪林區公所查通往雙溪「灣潭古道」車行道路至中心崙二號橋止為該公所養管區段，若通行於該路段範圍有攔車收費行為，請通報新店分局闊瀨派出所協助處理
