逛完市場回到家後袋子濕濕的，原本擔心蔥餅軟掉…但！！！蔥餅口感仍然軟Q有嚼勁，甚至還有邊角維持煎脆口感！一點都不油膩或軟爛，讓人覺得很涮嘴一口接一口！
下次還會想回訪！
Unexpectedly delicious! The boss greeted us very kindly. There were two large pieces of scallion pancakes fried on the iron pan. Although we only bought half of them, the boss also directly fried them hot!
After visiting the market, I came home with a wet bag. I was worried that the scallion pancake would soften...but! ! ! The scallion pancake is still soft and chewy, and even the edges and corners maintain a crispy texture! It's not greasy or soft at all, making it feel like mouthwash after mouthful!
I would like to visit again next time!
