烘焙教室在頂溪站附近步行約10分鐘的住宅區一樓,
搭計程車70元,
比漾廣場走過來也是10分鐘內。
教室器材都很新,
六台攪拌機是義大利進口的家電精品SMAG,
敝人之前也有在其它連鎖/個人/DIY烘焙教室多次做過甜點,
覺得波利歐除了可以上課的品項非常多元之外,
老師的食譜配方也很美味,
兩次共做了四種不同概念的高難度點心,
在老師耐心與細心的教學之下,
包含無經驗男同學與小學生都成功做出來,
雖然沒有添加化工原料,
但成品吃起來與坊間的排隊西點名店無異,
覺得實在太神奇了~
教室旁小屋不定時有浪浪小貓等待中途,
喜歡貓咪的人也很適合貓咪+烘焙療癒一下唷!

誤打誤撞找到的烘焙教室,食譜步驟會以投影片呈現,從頭到尾實作、一人一機,且小班制讓老師和每一位同學能夠仔細交流(當天很幸運含我只有兩位);即使是零烘焙經驗的新手也能跟上節奏,確實如老師在粉專寫的「完全無壓力」!
一堂課 4 小時做了 2 個品項,不會有太多乾等的時間,非常充實又實在的課程;當天回家帶走了 9 顆肉桂捲和 1 個 8 吋蘋果派,心滿意足。
最最重要的是,做出來的成品真的好好吃!教室乾淨,老師也堅持使用好的原料、設備,非常推薦。
