皮是傳統的地瓜粉，個人喜歡裹粉的會吃來有淡淡甜味，但這家沒有有點可惜，不過皮倒是炸得酥脆沒問題，肉的部分則還可以，不會覺得老但稍嫌少了些肉汁，平均厚度大概常見早餐店豬肉肉排1.3倍大，中規中矩的厚度，調味個人倒是沒遇到過鹹的問題，單純的胡椒鹽撒得鹹味適中，但稍嫌平淡，整體不突出但不錯，因此可以給再訪的機會
