我點大腸頭、骨頭肉、豬血加粉絲65元一碗 ,加些酸菜湯頭濃郁有回甘的感覺。可以續湯喔~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒話說的好喝,就是這樣簡單暴力。內臟熬煮出來的乳白色湯頭富有醇厚的滋味,配上豐富多樣的豬雜選項,我個人喜歡加一點辣椒末,實在是有夠好喝!

最喜歡隔間肉+小腸+豬血。
加上鹹菜,口味會有另一種風味。

因為小時候住在肉品市場旁,所以豬的各部位,能吃的都吃過了,本身也不排斥。不僅在台灣,甚至到香港、澳門時,有時也會點碗豬雜湯、豬什粥來品嚐。
這家店現在有分早、午場,評估後以早場在復興東路的路旁站著吃最有感覺,決定先健走五公里,再來吃碗豬雜湯。
一碗50元,排在前面的一名大哥說他一星期要來吃兩、三次,鼓勵我點豬眼睛,說口感很Q,要我放心,還打趣的說豬眼睛不會瞪人。
我選了骨仔肉、豬肚和生腸及冬粉的豬雜湯。要自行調味,可添加鹽巴、味精、辣椒粉、醋和鹹菜。站在路邊停車格旁慢慢吃完,感覺就是一碗溫和的豬雜湯,好吃!
