T	Tommy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為推薦朋友吃天母宋江的木須炒麵她住永和說這家比較好吃推薦給我這一家的木須炒麵有鑊氣有蛋香配搭小白菜麵條口感很棒不過宋江口味重一些而且配搭的是韭黃比較和我胃口牛肉湯有一種要番茄不番茄要紅燒不紅燒的感覺水餃就真的還好水餃皮偏軟內餡也是有提供冬瓜茶可是味道頗淡 Because I recommended my friend to eat Musu fried noodles from Tianmu Songjiang She lives in Yonghe and said this is better and recommended it to me This Musu fried noodles has a wok flavour and egg flavour with cabbage The noodles taste great but Songjiang tastes heavier And the combination of chives is more appetizing to me Beef broth has the feeling that you want tomatoes, not tomatoes, but not braised. Dumplings are really okay The dumpling skin is soft and the filling is too Winter melon tea is provided but the taste is rather weak

r	russell wetherington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a fan of shaved noodle (刀削麵-dāoxiāomiàn), then have I got a place for you. Shaved noodles are an “old fashioned” way of cutting noodles from a block of noodle dough. The old-fashioned way was to laboriously cut the dough with a knife into a ribbon sized chunks and then boil the cut noodles as usual. (I provided a photo of the noodle shaving machine the restaurant uses instead of the old cut method – more consistent-sized ribbons of noodles.) I recommend the beef dāoxiāomiàn with tomatoes added. NTD $130.00. Not a big portion but just right. The generously portioned beef is tender but not over-cooked; it melts in your mouth. The soup stock is just right neither too salty nor too greasy. Maybe you should have the house add extra noodles as the dāoxiāomiàn are so good. The side dishes are excellent and are only NTD $25.00. Free winter melon tea and water are provided. Enjoy. Worth the trip to Zhonghe.
