後來身障朋友來問我，我請他去仁愛路找“鑫順”，這家老闆很有愛心，不但幫他安裝還補強遮陽罩，讓罩子更加穩固，而且還不收費。
永和因為捷運便利、生活機能佳，有很多身障朋友居住，希望各行各業、左右鄰居、路人甲乙丙，都能夠多幫一下身障朋友，很多事情正常人是小事一樁，對他們則是猶如登天。

機車前前後後壞了很多零件，好在有鑫順車業，機車修理的好好的?
定期更換機油、齒輪油、煞車皮，行車交通沒煩惱。
老闆告知修車時間約1小時，會問需不需要代步車，回覆不需要，想在附近吃晚餐慢慢等，還會主動告知周邊店家，相當體貼。
附近有樂華夜市，適合路過修車，順便逛夜市。
