★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賣漏水壁癌的房子，店長還跟買方說老房子都會這樣，要買方裝潢的時候一併修理就好，說出這種不負責任的話大家還敢相信嗎？當初說交屋後如果有問題他們都會處理，結果房子有瑕疵跟現況說明書不符合，房仲跟店長只會叫買方自己寫存證信函，買賣前後態度差很多，收了2%的服務費卻非常不負責任，請大家一定要小心。
