★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孩子早上說脖子痛,原本以為孩子是不想上學找藉口,之後帶來世芳給林院長看,院長對小孩很親切,也很專業,原來孩子是因為游泳訓練肌肉拉傷,媽媽我完全誤會了孩子真是慚愧!之後進行復健,復健的醫生也很親切,除了對我孩子進行治療非常溫柔,看到其他復健醫生對其他的長者,也是很親切的,所以我給5顆星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱敷袋今天突然改成加包一層塑膠袋, 現場幾乎每個患者都在抱怨完全沒有熱敷效果. 1月又要調漲掛號費, 只希望品質也同步提升.
繼續加包塑膠袋的話其實可以考慮取消熱敷這個項目了.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月25日晚間6點門診醫師遲到,患者故而紛紛退掛,直至6點17分見一矮小女醫師一進診所怒吼:「吃個飯怎麼了,xxx」。旁觀著一個沒有職業操守即使是高知識份子其態度真不可取,不抒發一下不快。遲到應該是以謙恭羞澀卑微態度對患者表達致歉之意,惡劣口氣態度表現實不可為,又過15分鐘只見工作人員跟患者致歉將關診,對一個不尊重患者不尊重自己工作者是醫師又如何,真的是無言又可悲,憑什麼是工作人員跟患者道歉,自己的失誤應自行承受去面對患者致歉,盼祈貴所應傳達該醫師之醫師倫理基本守則為禱。患者楊翠玲 祈上

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩個星期前帶孩子去評估語言,醫生說可以排課程,離開診間時櫃檯小姐說等老師打電話通知,過了兩星期都沒接到通知主動打去詢問,櫃檯一下說老師要離職了沒辦法這麼快找到人、一下說課要排一年到一年半…..
為什麼掛號時、看診時都沒說!錯過黃金治療期要找誰負責任,如果一開始有講家長可以選擇要不要掛號看診、都沒有說還是家長主動打去卻得到這種回覆!非常爛、不推薦!對了~後來櫃檯小姐轉接給老師,老師的口氣態度非常不屑、非常跩、還一副理所當然的說「等一年半是很正常的事!」
……………生氣的事為什麼一開始掛號時都沒說、醫生也沒說要等這麼久、然後得到的回應也超不友善!真的是爛爆!超級不推~
想前往的家長請三思,不要耽誤浪費時間在這裡~
