★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他的哨子麵其實可以稱為肉燥麵，因為醬料內容就是肉燥而已，上層滿滿肉燥，幾乎都是瘦肉，比較不油膩，麵條有嚼勁不軟爛，口味微微甜味。餛飩麵的餛飩餡肉有味不材，皮薄但不爛，整體口味適中。小菜滷味五香味較濃郁，屬於冷盤式滷味。整體環境乾淨寬敞，座位寬鬆舒適不擁擠。
