以前去過大陸自助旅遊吃過小攤販的涼皮，體驗很特別又舒爽。
回台灣後，我一直太想吃，終於找到這間道地味的涼皮，真的手工涼皮，很正宗味。

It is very suitable for refreshing summer food. I love the hot and sour taste of sesame sauce. The cucumber and coriander are delicious in the mouth. I will have to eat one every day in the future.

Delicious ~ It feels very refreshing to eat cold skin in summer! The taste is sour and slightly spicy, and the cold skin and gluten will be more delicious after soaking in the sauce for a while! But to be honest, the CP value of the portion is not too high compared with the price. It is the first time I eat it as an early adopter.
