陶錦迷你涮涮鍋

這是一家深受永和民眾喜愛的火鍋店，他們的食材無論是肉片、海鮮和蔬菜都非常新鮮，而且份量充足一點都不小氣，湯頭也很鮮美，喝了不會口乾舌燥。我自從20幾年前友人招待後，就成為此店的忠實顧客，至今仍經常會開車6、7公里，從台北市過來吃，好吃推薦給網友。

很好吃的傳統連鎖涮涮鍋，因為吃完了只剩湯可以拍xD

9/29中午現場購買麻辣鍋，店家說要加價，我也付了，但回家發現是昆布湯加幾滴辣油.....昏倒！店家要我拿回去給其它客人評論，怎麼有這種服務態度，真爛~

飯好吃，湯頭很好喝，其他配菜或副餐相對普通，除非有特別優惠不然不會想特地前訪或再訪

已回訪多次了?真的是CP值很高的小火鍋店?份量多食材也很新鮮～菜盤不會像外面的火鍋店很多都是一堆火鍋料? 番茄湯底超讚???闆娘親自熬的就是不一樣? 阿淇阿姨的服務態度真的是很棒?每次來都有一種賓至如歸的感覺～下班累了來這裡用餐真的是一種放鬆??? 飯後還可以享用冰冰涼涼的綠豆仁湯～喝不夠還可以再續噢！！！ 平日來用餐都有折扣✨✨✨

Quite disappointing. Meanwhile the hot-pot was fairly good, there was a large lack of professionalism and attitude from the staff/management. After waiting 20mn to get a table (which is normal), we have learnt that the Wagyu Beef was missing (It should be told upon arrival as we may have the choice to go somewhere else if we come only for this top item), then we were told that there was no rice anymore ........... Excuse me ?? No rice anymore, in Taiwan, in a hot-pot store, at 20:45 ? I think that is a joke. I consider the store as over-priced, quite a lot due to the food but mostly due to professionalism. I was also pushed by the waiter as she was attempting to put a plate on the plate, but there was no apologies ... Finally, as a chef, I consider having an open kitchen is a good idea, as long as the slicer for the meat of the hot pot is clean .... but on that evening it was dirty and not cleaned at least once during the 1h30 we were at the store. Maybe it was an industrial accident, but I consider that the job of the management is to care customers if there are any problems with staff. On that evening, either the manager was on holiday, or a new one would be certainly a good idea. Bad experience, but I may attempt another time as it was maybe just an accident.
