★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是我當兵的地方，當時是53工兵群，那時還是菜鳥，收假回營時都要經過少年輔院院那漫漫長坡，因爲回部隊後有做不完的體能。如今營區大門開放成為南昌森林運動公園，保留530顆老樹，還有很夢幻的400公尺PU跑道以及藍球場、羽球場，停車目前也免費，敦品中學旁及園區內。城市中很寧靜的公園，可利用桃林鐵路結合虎頭山創新園區，亦可連結大有梯田公園，提供給假日不想跑遠的朋友參考。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本是陸軍南昌營區，經過市府改建為南昌森林公園，保留了整個營區的樹木及軍舍，緊鄰桃林鐵路自行車道，這裡也規劃了約15個左右的免費汽車位及數個機車車位，但很明顯有些車位被附近的人霸佔了，讓市府美意大打折扣，希望可以外包改為收費停車場，讓給真正需要來運動的民眾

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舊軍營改建的新公園，裡面設施都是新的，還有室內籃球場，以後還有桌球館及動保處進駐，整體來說是都市中的綠地! 晚上吃飽飯很適合走走，內有停車場，停車也方便!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛開放的軍營，有兩個籃球場室內室外各一個，羽球場3個一個室內，大PU跑道操場，寬廣的草皮，老樹成林，溜狗遛小孩最佳地點。
The newly opened barracks has two basketball courts, one indoor and one outdoor, three badminton courts, one indoor, a large PU runway playground, wide turf, old trees and forests, and the best place to walk dogs and children.

經過整頓後，變成了一個公園。內有廁所、室內半場籃球場、羽球場、室外羽球場、PU跑道。
適合闔家飯後走走散步的好地方。
It was originally the Nanchang Camp Area of the 21st Cannon, located beside the Taolin Railway Trail.
After renovation, it became a park. There are toilets, indoor half-court basketball court, badminton court, outdoor badminton court, and PU track.
Great place for a family walk after dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軍營廢棄後賣給政府，改建成的運動公園！
公園佔地廣大且樹木多，
無論是來這兒跑步或是散步都非常舒適。
甚至還有附設停車場，機車、汽車的都有。
另外還有建造室內羽球、籃球場以及兩座室外羽球場。
相當不錯！
比較可惜的是一些營社雖然有保留，
但內部髒亂缺乏整理，若能夠稍微整治一下並轉作展覽或其他用途的話就更棒了！
整體來說，非常值得推薦！
