朋友在亞馬遜網站買的華碩電腦,送回來台灣修,修完以後因為沒有包裝好寄回去他們那時已經壞掉了。客服處理的態度非常不好,在亞馬遜網站上也是推卸責任,第二次送回來台灣修理的費用也要讓客戶自己出。每次打電話給羅小青或徐小姐不是在休假就是不在公司。這兩天我朋友請我幫忙打電話也是一樣的,完全遇不到這兩個人的上班時間。這服務態度屬實有問題。不是說我要找碴,我自己也是做服務性質的行業,我能體諒上班忙碌且要處理眾多事情。可這就是你的工作啊,你自己選擇了就應該要去努力做好不是嗎?而不是用這種敷衍的態度去服務客人。
