★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想為家裡長輩找個安心舒適的環境，一開始打電話說有空床，還說保證金有優惠，後來詢問一下初步照護人員與住民的比例，卻說沒有床位，我是打電話到哪家？笑話我就打這麼一家好嗎？我看是照顧老人久了，呼攏欺騙家長習慣了吧！不要被網路評等與照片騙了，實際工作的照護人員是評等不出來的，大家千萬注意。

Then I asked about the ratio of initial caregivers to residents, but I said there was no bed. Where did I call? Shall I just play like this? I think it's been taking care of the elderly for a long time, let's cheat parents and get used to it! Do n’t be fooled by online ratings and photos. Caregivers who actually work cannot be rated. Everyone must pay attention.
