這家是以炭火加熱，薑母鴨鍋底鴨肉大塊實在(不是那種脖子或是沒肉的)，鴨肉有煮爛，不會柴的很硬很乾，湯頭濃厚，麻油麵線好吃，加點鍋物、青菜，兩個人六百元左右就可以吃很飽，有一次吃不完打包回家，老闆會多給些湯，隔天自己再加些食材和肉與米飯一起煮成麻油炊飯，不用另外調味，麻油香味就以足夠。
是這附近，吃過味道最好的一家。
I recently visited a second store, and it’s really suitable to eat ginger duck in cold weather. Located next to the main road, parking is not convenient, business is very good, you have to wait for a place to eat on holidays.
This restaurant is heated by charcoal fire. The duck meat at the bottom of the ginger duck is really big (not the neck or meatless), the duck meat is boiled, and it is hard and dry without firewood. The soup is thick and the sesame oil noodles are good. To eat, add some pots and vegetables. Two people can have a full meal for about 600 yuan. Once they can't finish eating, they can take it home. The boss will give more soup. The next day they will add more ingredients and meat to cook together with rice. Sesame oil cooking rice, without additional seasoning, the sesame oil fragrance is sufficient.
This is the best one I have ever eaten in this neighborhood.

都發現排隊人潮明顯變少
沒有以前那多人排隊了
以為這一年多少和疫情有關
但吃完後才發現是和之前吃的明顯不同了
以前從不吃薑母鴨
當時吃了後覺得很驚豔的好吃
這次再吃卻有點失望
麵線無法完食,很多都不一樣
不知是不是成本問題
重要的湯頭味道整個變了
很淡很稀,調整後才回到之前吃的味道
只有爆皮還不錯吃
覺得很可惜...
