一直以來覺得老銀行服務跟態度都很差,結果去辦理業務二樓的游小姐很親切又負責樓下開戶的小姐雖然很忙但是也是服務專業100分真的跟其他分行很不一樣這個分行經理應該管理的很好!

話都沒說完服務人員就一直插話,讓人把話說完很難嗎? 只是辦網路銀行處理時間還要怎麼久 ,真的第一次在銀行處理這種業務要待上40分鐘... 動作慢服務又差,裡面唯一讓我覺得不錯的就是門口的警衛大哥。 以後要辦業務會去別家分行,中和分行真的太糟了,我搭車到遠一點的時間說不定還比你們處理時間快
