★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好同事的家，年底一起來跨年，要吃火鍋，買鹹酥雞，滷味，開心迎接２０２０。邊吃著以上食物，邊等倒數，時間快到時，上頂樓等待，發現已經有很多人卡位，我們也趕快上前，等著等著，１０１開始放煙火，只有前面幾秒看的見，後來的煙火太大，根本看不到任何畫面。。。而且手機拍照也看不到，是個搞笑的跨年活動，就是大家聯誼開心的日子。
The home of a good colleague came to the New Year together at the end of the year, and wanted to eat hot pot, buy salty and crispy chicken, loquat, and welcome 2020. While eating the above food, we waited for the countdown. When the time was approaching, we went upstairs and waited. We found that there were already many people seated. Later, the fireworks were too big to see any pictures at all. . . And I ca n’t see it on my phone. It ’s a funny New Year ’s Eve event, a day when everyone is happy together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外觀高級，但住起來有各種查不出來的震動聲。頂樓陽台地板5年就隆起龜裂，還一堆蟑螂。有某些方位的住戶無法拉光纖，因為走網路的管道拉得太爛，買屋前慎選。
The appearance is high-end, but there are various vibrations that cannot be found when living. The floor of the balcony on the top floor has been uplifted and cracked in 5 years, and there are still a bunch of cockroaches. Residents in certain locations cannot pull optical fibers because the pipes for the Internet are too bad, so choose carefully before buying a house.

It is very comfortable to live in. There are libraries and parks nearby, and it is quieter than the surrounding parks. Walonggou is being actively renovated.
