★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了小碗醡醬麵，麵條是細的，上面有豆芽菜及小黃瓜絲，味道不錯。小菜也一樣好吃，有2種辣椒醬喜歡吃辣的朋友加一點不錯吃。老闆娘客氣。
 I ordered a small bowl of noodles with fermented sauce. The noodles are thin, with bean sprouts and shredded cucumbers on top, which tastes good. The side dishes are also delicious. There are 2 kinds of chili sauces for those who like spicy food. The lady boss is polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五星好評的店家，份量超多很實在，老闆又親切，榨菜肉絲湯的味道一級棒很像家裡小時候阿嬤煮的那種味道，招牌乾麵的麵條超Q，紅油抄手的餛飩每顆肉餡都很飽滿，值得推薦的好店家！
The five-star praised store has a large and solid portion, and the owner is kind. The taste of the mustard shredded pork soup is very good, very similar to the one cooked by grandma when I was a child at home. The meat filling is very full, a good store worth recommending!

If there are three to four wontons in the big bowl of Chaos Noodles, it will be good, otherwise the price is not cheap~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太好吃啦！他們家的特製乾麵！餛飩湯頭也是清甜爽口！而且小菜的份量老闆手很硬的切耶！康康那個豬頭皮！一點都不豬頭啦！絲毫不馬虎的味道！醬料也是鹹甜適中！桌上的辣椒也不錯！很OK喔！???以後星期六來摳屎扣就會再來回訪???
So delicious! Their special dry noodles! The wonton soup is also sweet and refreshing! And the portion of the side dishes is very hard to cut by the boss! Kangkang that pig scalp! No pig head at all! No sloppy taste at all! The sauce is also moderately salty and sweet! The chilli on the table is also good! Very ok! ??? I will come back for a return visit after Saturday when I come to pick it up???

內用環境不好；紫菜湯根本是詐騙。
乾麵、麻醬麵都不錯，價偏高。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heroes are not always appearing in humanoid.In this case it is this bowl of noodles, plentiful amount in large and okay in small. It is presented into a pie chart divided quarterly which is pickles,pork shreds,cucumbers and steamed egg slices.The center is garnishing with crispy shallots.All four merits serving a different texture,a color and a flavor.They will eventually conjured into the hot wet chewy noodles, united as one body yet separated spiritually. Quite a fable for something. What this small shop and its signature dish will reveal remains enigmatic. In the deepest heart of 中和,formally known as part of 海山郡,at the bottom of 員山,there are more to be probed more to be inquired thus the heroic existence this bowl of noodles brought to us is necessary.
