★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天滷味的餐點味道很棒，有微微漢方中藥的味道，店家的麻辣醬跟我去四川吃的一樣，很道地，店家的態度超客氣，以後會在回購的。

Ps.建議平常有吃辣的人可以先點小辣試看看

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點份量不少，調味也不錯，可以選不辣，有吃過其他餐點，中辣個人覺得蠻辣的，不常吃辣又想吃辣的話，點小辣即可。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃滷味最怕湯頭不對味，或是加了一堆沙茶醬料，導致整碗滷味口味很濃重。但環球只要事先告知不加胡椒、醬油膏、蒜泥，它們家的滷汁湯頭其實很清淡，是可以直接喝的，只是加了調味，能讓味道更為提升。
吃滷味第二怕食材不新鮮，環球雖然開在大馬路邊，但食材都放在冰櫃裡，防塵、保冷、擺放整潔，處理的很乾淨，種類也算蠻多的~
店家會把麵類與滷味分開裝，刻意瀝乾湯汁，以免外帶回家後麵會泡爛影響口感，蠻用心注意小細節的。
這家滷味已經吃過蠻多次了，價位算是合理，而且可以先line預訂自取，蠻方便的?
