臭豆腐味道很濃郁，炸到中間很多氣孔，
醬汁滲入氣孔中，每一口味道都是融合的，非常好吃。
泡菜酸度足夠，也許可以再甜一點點，整體表現屬於夠味但不會太重的口味，推薦！
因疫情取消內用，很可惜，不然現吃外皮應該更酥脆好吃。
