S	Solomon Mengeu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is arguably one of the best non-big chain gyms in the Zhong He/Yong He area. The weight machines, equipment and facilities are top notch. The personal trainers are highly skilled, friendly and professional, some of them are quite proficient in English. And the monthly fee is quite reasonable and has a good QPR. It has a nice vibe and cool lighting and a nice ambiance. Some drawbacks: there are too many treadmills, not enough elliptical bikes and no rowing machines. Due to lack of space there are no group classes available; so no yoga, Pilates, Zumba, etc. All in all a great choice for a gym if you want to get/stay fit and live in the Zhong/Yong He area.
